Exhibit Opportunities

 

We want truth-seekers all over Denver to get involved with the Summit—and that means YOU!

 

On the last three days of the Summit, the Friends of Faith Festival will be a great way to watch parts of the on-going sessions for free, listen to some joyful music, and have a relaxing day in the sun with other people of faith from your neighborhood.

 

Artists, craftspeople and local vendors will sell their wares alongside spiritual products and services of all types. Spiritual music and dance groups will grace our stages. Neighborhood houses of worship will open the doors to their traditions, Denver restaurants will provide food with local flavor, and kids will love the special fun set aside just for them!

There are many ways to get involved with the Friends of Faith Summit and Festival (Don't forget Advertising and Sponsorships)! Since we anticipate worldwide media attention, it is also a great way to showcase your company as socially conscious and "part of the solution."

 

 

 

Festival Booths

Regular 10' x 10' Booth Space starts at only $500 for three days!

Regular Booths include:

  • Tented exhibit space

  • One 6’ table, 2 chairs, 1 wastebasket

  • Daily trash removal

  • Two exhibitor badges for booth personnel

  • Lunch coupons for two booth personnel each day

  • Unlimited attendee discount passes

  • Booth identification sign

  • Security staff

  • Listing in Festival Guide, Official Summit Program, and www.FriendsOfFaithSummit.com

10’x 20’ Restaurant Booths start at only $1000!

Restaurant Booths will also include:

  • communal refrigeration equipment

  • ice

  • extra trash receptacles and frequent removal

  • daily grease disposal

  • trays

  • plates

  • napkins

  • plasticware

  • guest seating.

Tabletop Booths in the Summit Area start at only $400!

These tabletop booths are intended to reach the attendees of the Conference portion of the Summit and will be available for the entire Summit, not just during the Festival dates.

 

10’ x 10’ Non-Profit Organization Booths start at only $150!

NPO booths are available only to registered 501c3 religious organizations. Please include a copy of your IRS 501c3 determination letter. These booths will be limited by space availability and will be assigned throughout the floor plan on a first-come-first-served basis. Additional booth premiums apply.

 

10’ x 10’ House of Worship (Away from Home) Booths start at only $150!

Religious and Spiritual organizations are encouraged to apply for this greatly reduced booth rate, starting at $150! These booths are open only to registered 501c3 religious organizations and are limited by tradition and space availability. Consideration will be given, as often as possible, to earliest applicants.

50% deposit is required with initial contract. Final payment is due by May 1, 2009. Deposits will not be refunded.
